These are affirmations based on ideas from Jocko Willink’s book Discipline Equals Freedom Field Manual. This book is a gold mine of hard discipline motivation that I have rephrased into affirmations. Listening to this consistently will spur motivation with an attitude of self-control, hard work, self-discipline, and strength. It’s also a great way to get into an aggressive mindset. For best results, listen during the day or at night, every day for a minimum of 21 days.
